Flooding closes section of 14th Street

The city of Clovis Public Works Department closed 14th Street between North Edwards and North Hull on Thursday because of flooding from Chavez Lake, according to public works director Clint Bunch. Barring any major rainfall, Burch anticipates the road will reopen in a day or two.
