On Tuesday, February 3, 2009, Matt Rish, a 26 year old from Albuquerque, was arrested by the Curry County Sheriff’s Office and charged with five counts of Child Solicitation by Electronic Device, a 3rd degree Felony. Rish contacted an undercover internet chat profile representing an underage female from the Clovis area.
