No need to RSVP for overpass groundbreaking

CNJ staff There is no need to RSVP for Monday’s groundbreaking ceremony for the north side of the Hull Street Overpass, said Claire Burroughs, assistant city clerk, on Thursday. The ceremony is set for 10:30 a.m., and originally city officials asked people to RSVP for the opening.
