OKLAHOMA CITY — A 27-year-old Canyon, Texas, man has been sentenced to 41 years and eight months in prison for kidnapping a 10-year-old girl. Freedom New Mexico The rodeo program at Eastern New Mexico University got a $10,000 boost from a local wind generating company for a covered practice facility.
