Fund set up for Maes funeral

Wife of former Clovis mayor dies

CNJ Staff The wife of a former Clovis mayor is dead. Elaine Moss, 80, died Saturday at Retirement Ranch in Clovis, according to Muffley Funeral Home. She is the wife of Dr. James Moss, who served as mayor from 1990-92, and has remained active in civic and community affairs. Funeral arrangements are pending.
