Bingaman to hold hearing on energy and water bill

U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman on Tuesday will hold an Energy and Natural Resources Committee hearing on legislation he has introduced with Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), which aims to improve the understanding of the relationship between energy and water and how it can be used to write effective policy in the two areas.
