Portales Man Found Guilty by Jury of Aggravated Burglary

Clovis, NM ~ Ninth Judicial District Attorney Matthew Chandler announced today that Joel Zertuche, age 18, was convicted of one count of Aggravated Burglary and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Burglary.The incident stems from March 30th, 2008, when the Portales Police Department responded to a 911 call.
