Bridges, buildings focus of city’s year

By Kevin Wilson: CNJ staff writer For Clovis, it was a year of bridges and buildings, and how to restore them. At other times, there were questions of responsibility, animal cruelty, patriotism, partisan politics and religion — along with many issues that spilled over from 2008.
