Gov. Bill Richardson, sleeves rolled up, is in Clovis today.
He’ll help dig the first shovel of dirt, kicking off replacement of the Hull Street Bridge.
10:30 a.m. on the north side of the bridge.
Question of the day
We’ve been without a bridge at Hull Street for almost 18 months. Is a new one really needed?
