The young girl in the video did not appear to be running fast, just a slow oficer, excessive forced used.

No comment here about the girl or the officer. HOWEVER, PARENTS, if your kids have cell phones AND you are paying for them, CANCEL picture mail NOW. I have two girls, one does have a cell phone. It is a phone and a typewriter, THATS IT. CANCEL picture mail, internet access, or your children could be subject to the NASTY PICTURES that these teenagers AND adults are sending to each other. I have already been through this and its real easy to cancel these cell phone options. PLUS, you save money.

I don't know but I don't see alot of traffic. It seems to me IF he had to taser her to stop her from running in to traffic, he would have done it when she was on the sidewalk. He chased her into the phantom traffic so wouldn't he pose a risk to drivers too? Usually when these clips are shown on tv they have sound and a date and time. Is this a budget version?
If he was chasing a murderer or someone very large who was menacing I could see using a taser to stop them but I wonder why he didn't just find her later and avoid this whole ruckus.
