Press Release: Richardson in Clovis for Hull Street groundbreaking
SANTA FE – Governor Bill Richardson will travel to Clovis and Roswell on Monday for two public events. The Governor will be in Clovis on Monday morning to join Clovis Mayor Gayla Brumfield to break ground on the new Hull Street Bridge. The Governor secured the funding to replace the overpass that has been closed to traffic since July 2008.
Governor Richardson will then travel to Roswell to highlight his new $25 2 Mainstreet Campaign. The Governor will be joined by officials from MainStreets all over Southeastern New Mexico to emphasize the importance of shopping locally, especially in rural areas.
