Something to do:
Nobody said Santa Fe was cheap. But if you want to learn how to cook something a little bit out of the ordinary, the City Different might just be perfect this weekend. At the Santa Fe School of Cooking and Market, you could sign up on Saturday for a class on how to cook tapas. With roots that date back to 13th century Spain, tapas are small appetizers/finger foods that can be made into a full meal. The class, which costs $72, shows how to make tapas with a Southwestern flare and will include lunch. Call (505) 983-4511 and get ready to make sauteed shrimp tapas with an orange-chipotle honey mustard sauce (among others).
