Head Start programs accepting applications
The Clovis Head Start and Early Head Start programs are accepting applications for the 2010-2011 school year.
Head Start is a federally funded comprehensive program for pregnant women, infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers of low income families with the purpose of supporting children’s physical, social-emotional and cognitive development.

ENMU professor holding film screening
Assistant professor of theater and film at Eastern New Mexico University Laurel Petty will screen her film “A Hungry Boy” 7 p.m. today in Buchanan Hall of the music building.
The 20-minute film is a portrait documentary about a chef and his art.
A question and answer session on the film and ENMU’s film program will follow the screening. The screening is free and open to the public.
