Officials holding groundbreaking

The City of Clovis is holding a groundbreaking ceremony Monday for the Hull Street Overpass.
The ceremony is 10:30 a.m. on the north side of the overpass site, closed since June 2008.
RSVP to the city manager’s office by Friday at 769-7828.
