Governor to judge film festival

Gov. Bill Richardson will serve as a judge in the Eastern New Mexico University High Plains Film Festival, according to a press release from ENMU.


Richardson joins a panel of award winning and established actors, directors and screenwriters, the release said.

As a result of Richardson's addition to the panel, the deadline for postmarked submissions has been extended to April 9. The screening will take place May 4.
