Friday Roosevelt County jail interim administrator's last day

Friday was Roosevelt County Detention Center Interim Administrator Charles Perez’s last day on the job.
County Manager Charlene Hardin said Perez submitted a letter of resignation Nov. 6. She said Perez indicated he wanted to return to law enforcement.

“We will have the information about the new administrator on Monday,” Hardin said.

Perez was hired as the assistant administrator in January and served for 10 months.

Perez directed all inquires about his departure to Hardin.
