Curry County treasurer earns certification

Curry County Treasurer Bernice Baker recently received certification as a public official from the New Mexico Association of Counties.

 To receive the designation, Baker completed at least 18 three-hour classes in fields such as knowing your government, management, human resources and more, a press release said.
