Applications accepted for United Way funds

Applications for the Eastern New Mexico Combined Federal Campaign will be accepted through the April 15 at the Principal Combined Fund Organization’s offices at 215 N Main Street or via mail at P.O. Box 806 Clovis, NM 88101.

The Combined Federal Campaign is the only authorized workplace charitable giving program at federal government offices and installations including: Cannon Air Force Base, and U.S. Post Office, Social Security Administration, USDA, VA Clinic in Curry and Roosevelt counties, according to a press release from the United Way of Eastern New Mexico.

Federal employees in the Clovis area gave more than $82,000 to charities worldwide in 2007, according to the release.
