UPDATE 8.29.08: On August 28, 2008 at approximately 11:30 PM (MST), Victor Sotelo was located and arrested in Albuquerque, New Mexico by the SWIFT Task Force out of Albuquerque, following a lead that was generated through the task force that has been assembled at the Curry County Sheriff’s Office.
