Texico railroad crossing closed

This week U.S. 70/84 in Texico will be closed for repairs to a railroad crossing.
The New Mexico Transportation Department and BNSF are expecting to work on the crossing from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily through Friday, according to a press release.
Traffic will be detoured to Texas State Route 292.
