Adams/Roberts

Bill and Sue Adams of Clovis announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kristy Adams of Clovis, to Chase Roberts of Melrose, son of Kevin and Sheila Roberts of Melrose.

The couple will exchange vows during a family ceremony.

A receptionist/dance will be held on March 18 at 8 p.m. at the Texico Community Center.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Texico High School and is employed as a dental hygienist at Farwell Dental Clinic.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Melrose High School and is self-employed.

All family and friends are invited to the reception/dance.

Marriot/Guhrke

Ceki Marriott and Cindy Harmer and her husband, Michael Harmer, all of Clovis, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Seka Marriott of Clovis, to William Lee Guhrke also of Clovis, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Guhrke of Clovis.

The couple will exchange vows March 25 at Faith Christian Family Church.

The reception will be at Holiday Inn.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Clovis High School. She is employed at the Nutri-mart Health Food and Supplement Store and is a full time student at Clovis Community College.

The prospective groom is a 2002 graduate of Clovis High School. He is the owner and entrepreneur of Gurk’s Doggs Landscaping and works at Lowe’s Home Center.

The ceremony and reception are open to friends and relatives.

Hill/Wright

Arnold Freeman and Jeanette Winfrey of Clovis announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, DeeDee Hill, to Joe Wright, both of Clovis.

He is the son of John and Bonnie Wright of Clovis.

The couple will exchange vows April 22 at 6 p.m. at Faith Christian Family Church.

The reception will be at Chaparral Country Club.

A 1989 graduate of Clovis High School, the bride-elect is employed at Plains Regional Medical Center.

The prospective groom is a 1990 graduate of Clovis High School, and employed at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.

Dickey/Dike

Sandra and Greg Bell of Clovis and William and Glenda Dickey of Cullman, Ala., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Annie Jo Dickey, to Gregory Shepherd Dike, both of Tuscaloosa, Ala.

He is the son of David and Carolyn Dike of Pensacola, Fla.

The couple will exchange vows May 20 at Cullman Church of Christ in Cullman, Ala.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Clovis High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Alabama. She is attending the University of Alabama School of Law.

The prospective groom is working toward a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at the University of Alabama.
