Monday: Breakfast — Breakfast fritata. Lunch — Ham & cheese wrap with ranch, romaine lettuce, seasoned green beans, chilled pears.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Cinnamon roll. Lunch — Meat & cheese nachos, garden salad with ranch dressing, mini carrots, peach cup.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Chicken biscuit. Lunch — Goldfish ham & cheese sandwich, sweet potato fries, veggie dippers with ranch dressing, fresh fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast — Muffin & string cheese. Lunch — Roasted turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, seasoned green beans, fresh fruit, whole wheat roll, cookie.

Friday: Breakfast — Taco omelet & salsa. Lunch — Cheese pizza, fresh mixed veggies with ranch dressing, fruit.

 

Clovis middle

Monday: Breakfast — Breakfast taco & salsa. Lunch — Choice of BBQ pulled pork sandwich, pizza, popcorn chicken sandwich, carrots & dip, cole slaw, fresh fruit, cookie.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Cinnamon roll. Lunch — Choice of popcorn chicken, pizza, ham chef salad, hamburger, corn dog, spicy chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes & gravy, spinach salad & ranch, fruit cup/fresh fruit, whole wheat roll.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Quesadillas with salsa. Lunch — Choice of chicken noodle soup, grilled ham & cheese sandwich, pizza, chicken nugget chef salad, hamburger, deli sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, garden salad with ranch dressing, chilled fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast — Banana bread. Lunch — Choice of chili cheese dog, pizza, turkey chef salad, hamburger, BBQ porky rib sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, steamed broccoli, celery & carrots, ranch, fruited Jell-O, fresh fruit, chocolate cake.

Friday: Breakfast — Egg & cheese biscuit. Lunch — Southwest chicken on a bed of pasta, cheese pizza, taco chef salad, hamburger, spicy chicken sandwich, seasoned green beans, garden salad & ranch, delicious apple/fresh fruit, cookie.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Blueberry muffin, cereal, fruit juice, milk. Lunch — Chicken enchiladas, refried beans, salad, orange, milk. (Salad Bar for MS/HS).

Thursday: Breakfast — French toast, cereal, fresh fruit, milk. Lunch — Hamburger, tater tots, mixed fruit, milk. (Salad Bar for MS/HS).

Monday: Breakfast — Waffle sticks with syrup, cereal, milk, juice. Lunch — Nachos with meat or beans, brown rice, tossed salad with greens, peaches.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Peach muffin squares, cereal, milk, juice. Lunch — Chicken strips with gravy, okra, whole wheat roll, carrots with ranch, banana &b strawberries.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Whole wheat pancakes, bacon. Lunch — Quesadillas with chicken, black eyed peas, salsa, apricots.

Thursday: Breakfast — Breakfast burrito with salsa, cereal, milk, juice. Lunch — Rotini & meat sauce, green beans, cucumber, sliced tomatoes, peaches.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Variety of cereal, juice, milk. Lunch — Sloppy Joe on a bun roll, French fries, salad, milk.

Thursday: Breakfast — Quesadillas, variety of cereal, juice, milk variety. Lunch — Grilled cheese sandwich, green beans, salad bar, peaches, milk.

Friday: Breakfast — Biscuits, cereal, variety of muffins, assorted juice, milk. Lunch — Taco, Spanish rice, pinto beans, fruit, cocktail, salad bar, milk.
