Xcel: Downed poles cause of Clovis power outage

About 425 Xcel customers are without power in Clovis and the company is reporting they know of six poles being down, according to an email from spokesman Wes Reeves. Restoration times are slow because crews are hampered by low visibility, Reeves said.
