  • Case number D-905-CR-201200040. Cynthia Rodriguez, born 1982, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing and shoplifting. Sentenced to 364 days jail-suspended, 364 days probation, one day pre-sentence credit and fees.
  • Case number D-905-CR-201200121. Kellen Aragon, born 1982, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license. Charges dismissed by judge were an accident involving damage to a vehicle, failure to give immediate notice of accident and failure to yield. Sentenced to one year six months jail-one year suspended, one year probation to run concurrent with M-12-VR-201100095, 156 days pre-sentence credit, lifetime ignition interlock, fines and fees.
  • Case number D-905-CR-201200128. Leslie Mora, born 1975, pleaded guilty to concealing identity and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges dismissed by judge were felony possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting $500-2500. Sentenced to one year and six months jail-suspended, one year six months probation, 80 days pre-sentence confinement credit, and fees.
  • Case number D-905-CR-201200165. Cassandra Hughes, born 1985, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of liquor or drugs. Charges dismissed by judge were no turning movement or required signal and failure to stop before emerging from an alley or driveway. Sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, one year probation, DWI school, one day pre-sentence credit and fees.
  • Case number D-905-CR-201200277. Daniel Rodriguez, born 1970, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Charge dismissed by judge was felony possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 364 days jail-suspended, 364 days probation, 14 days pre-sentence credit, fees and shall run concurrent to D-905-CR-201100270.
  • Case number D-905-CR-201100270. Daniel Rodriguez, born 1970, was found guilty by jury of second offense driving under the influence of liquor or drugs and no insurance. He was acquitted by jury of driving on the wrong side of the road. Sentenced to 364 days jail-suspended, one year probation, two years ignition interlock, fine and fees.
  • Case number D-905-CR-201100168. Tyler Davis, born 1986, pleaded guilty to prohibited possession of a controlled substance. Charge dismissed by judge was possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 18 months probation and fees.
