Theresa Cifali, mixed media artist and owner of The Altered Canvas in Valhalla, N.Y., will show how to create your own background paper to coordinate with cards, scrapbooking and other paper crafts. She will demonstrate two different techniques for doing this.
Sewing instructor, Nancy Lovett says that piecing fleece to make quilts is very bulky. She’s going to show a non-traditional technique that reduces all of the bulk and results is a very beautiful quilt. Lovett teaches at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
Becky Meverden is known as the Constant Crafter, and she spent two years in Korea and learned the art of making Maedeup jewelry, which is quite involved.
