Honored guests in attendance were Supreme Conductor Kristy Marney and Clovis-Portales Elks Lodge Exalted Ruler Dean Marney.

Outgoing President Bonnie Bryant presented perfect attendance pins to Kristy Marney, LaDonna Martin, and Mary Garcia. Martha Aldrich was presented with the DOE of the Year pin and 5-year Conductor pin.
