The Portales City Council is set to conduct a public meeting at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 6 at City Hall so residents can give input on the 2013-2017 Infrastructure Capital Improvements Plan.
The plan sets priorities for improvements of infrastructure such as facilities, roads and utilities, and the legislature reviews the plan when deciding where to send state money.
