CCC board to consider presidential contract

Clovis Community College’s board of trustees will consider a contract for incoming president Becky Rowley during its meeting today.

The meeting is set for 8 a.m. today in Room 512.

Rowley, CCC’s executive vice president, was chosen as President John Neibling’s successor in April. Neibling announced in February he is retiring in August after five years as president.

The board will meet in executive session to discuss the contract with Rowley and will take action on the contract in open session.

The board will also discuss the 2011-2013 CCC catalog, a professional service contract for insurance, a renewal contract for custodial services and software programs SunGard and Banner maintenance and service contracts.

The board will also consider refunding a revenue bond.
