Country music group Lonestar will headline the Saturday show of the 2011 Clovis Music Festival, which finalized its lineup this week, according to an announcement from the Clovis and Curry County Chamber of Commerce.
The group, which made its debut with a self-titled album in 1995, hit No. 1 on the country chart and the Billboard Hot 100 with “Amazed” in 1999.
Lonestar will perform Sept. 10 at the Curry County Events Center, with Tommy Allsup and Will Banister and the Mulberry Band preceding.
The Sept. 9 show, also at the events center, will include The Fireballs and Louise Harmon Presents the Liverpool Legends.
The festival will open Sept. 8 with “Buddy! The Buddy Holly Story” musical at Marshall Auditorium.
