The Clovis Municipal Schools board of education met Saturday in executive session without taking any action.

The closed meeting was to discuss “threatened or pending litigation” regarding Coach J.D. Isler’s federal case.

Isler was granted a preliminary injunction Friday, reinstating him as head coach of the Wildcat varsity boys team.

President Lora Harlan said the board had no statement.

Harlan, Vice President Mark Lansford, Secretary Terry Martin, Member Lola Bryant, Superintendent Rhonda Seidenwurm, Executive Director of Personnel Rhonda Roberts and the district’s attorney, Andrew Sanchez, attended the meeting.
