Two Clovis residents were arrested Wednesday morning by the Region 5 Task Force during a drug raid, according to Clovis police.
Mario Moncayo, 32, and Nicole Ramirez, 27, are being held at Curry County Adult Detention Center on drug trafficking, weapon and child abuse charges — a toddler was present at the time of arrests.
Moncayo’s bond is $77,000. Ramirez is being held without bond.
According to a press release:
• Officers executed a search warrant about 10:25 a.m. at 905 Delta Street, where they discovered approximately 10 ounces of crack cocaine, 1/2 ounce of powder cocaine, 1 ounce of counterfeit methamphetamine and a small amount of marijuana.
• Officers also seized four loaded firearms and approximately $4,000, which is believed to be proceeds from narcotic and drug sales.
• The approximate street value of drugs is estimated to be more than $35,000.
