Rising costs claim comics

Several readers noticed that Tuesday’s papers in Clovis and Portales had only one page of comics. Since we don’t publish on Mondays, we’d been publishing Monday and Tuesday comics in the Tuesday paper … until this week.

Preliminary city budget includes new position
