At 2 a.m. Feb. 1, police made a traffic stop for erratic driving on Norris Street near Chaparral Avenue. The 52-year-old female driver failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI, second offense, and cited for driving left of center.

During a home visit for a probation “absconder” at 10:48 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Walnut Street, police found a 25-year-old female hiding in the attic. They also found marijuana in the residence, and a search of another person in the house revealed a white crystaline substance later identified as methamphatine. Additionally, $1,010 in cash was found. The 25-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding warrants. A 42-year-old man was arrested on drug charges.

At 2:45 a.m. Sunday, during a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Hull Street, police gave a 33-year-old man field sobriety tests, which he failed. He was arrested on charges of DWI and no driver’s license, and cited for having an open container of alcohol.

Police made a traffic stop at 2:57 a.m. Sunday near 14th and Mitchell streets, after observing the driver cross the center line. The driver, a 25-year-old man, failed field sobriety tests and his blood alcohol tested at .21/.20. He was arrested for aggravated DWI and cited for driving left of center.

Police responded to a report of domestic violence at 12:50 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Westerfield. They arrested a 29-year-old woman on charges of battery on a household member and on a warrant for failure to pay fines.
