Business Enterprise Center remodeling

The Clovis/Curry County Business Enterprise Center on East Grand Street is being remodeled to better suit incubator tenants, according to a newsletter from Clovis Industrial Development Corp.

The city of Clovis selected Centennial Contractors Enterprises, a national job order contracting firm with an office in Albuquerque, to manage the project.

The building facade will be remodeled and double-glass doors installed at the Grand Avenue entrance. A visitors welcome area and incubator office space will be added as well, the newsletter said.

Windows will be installed on the building’s second floor, which houses administration offices for CIDC and the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce.
