Alesia Rachelle “Lisa” Cass, 45, of Albuquerque died Saturday, May 13, 2006, at Albuquerque Care Center.
She was born July 28, 1960, to Robert and Pearl James Cass in Clovis. She graduated from Clovis High School in 1977. She attended Eastern New Mexico University for one year. She was a telephone operator for Mountain Bell, and AT&T in Clovis and Albuquerque for 16 years.
She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and Armour of God Christian Center in Albuquerque.
Family members said she was an animal lover.
She is survived by her mother of Clovis; five brothers, Kevin Cass (and wife, Sonya), John Cass and Craig Cass, all of Clovis, Keith Cass (Gloria) of El Paso and Robert Cass (Diana) of Albuquerque; three sisters, Barbara Whiting of Albuquerque and Beverly Cass and Charlotte Molette (Omar), all of Clovis; two uncles, Ivory James of Jacksonville, Fla., and John D. James of Louisville, Ky.; and an aunt, Mary Powell of Arlington, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.
The Rev. R.L. Smith will officiate services.
Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis.
Pallbearers will be Charles and Kenneth Moore, Robert, Keith and Kevin Cass, and Frederick Johnson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tavares Stanberry, Rashaad Cass, DeJacqua Stapleton and Andre Dickson.
