Sylvia (Susie) Faye Wagner, 59, of Clovis, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2005, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock after a lengthy illness.
She was born Sept. 15, 1946, in Clovis to Sylvester (Vester) Banister and Faye Morgan.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by two daughters, Heather Wagner of Clovis and Debbie Hampton of High Point, N.C.; two grandchildren, Brandon and Jared Wagner; a great-grandson; three brothers, Gary Banister and Greg Banister, both of Clovis, and Roy Banister of North Star, Mi; and three sisters, Linda Taylor of Clovis, Janie Ibison of Minneapolis, Minn., and Debbie Dickens of North Pole, Alaska.
Family members said she loved to read, write and keep journals, but her most prized possessions were her grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the home of Stan and Linda Taylor at 1605 Kingston Ave.
Cremation will take place.
Funeral arrangements are by Agape Funeral Chapel in Lubbock.
