Mrs. Jessie Lee Fuller, 85, of Hereford died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2005, in Lubbock.
She was born May 10, 1920, in Bell County, Texas, to George Thomas and Eva Kate Wilson. She married Ham Fuller in Bell County on May 20, 1939. They moved to Dawn, Texas, in 1948 and ranched on the HB family ranch until 1966. She was the Dawn School cafeteria manager, and was active in home demonstrations statewide. She was a member of Dawn Baptist Church. The family moved to Hereford in 1969, and she became a member of the Temple Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a granddaughter, Brittany; a brother, George Wilson; and two sisters, Alleen Wilson and Doris Parker.
She is survived by four sons; H.S. Fuller (and wife, Cecelia) of Canyon, Glen Fuller (Kay) of Clovis, Joe Fuller of Denver and George Fuller (Lynne) of Pilot Point, Texas; 11 grandchildren; Dean, Darla, Debbie, Duane, Doyle, Edith, A.J., Courtney, Dustin, Benjamin and James; and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive guests at 404 S. Roosevelt in Hereford. Memorials may be made to the Gideons, the Boy Scouts or a charity of choice.
The Rev. F.M. Byford, pastor of Temple Baptist Church, will officiate at services. Burial will follow at the West Park Cemetery, Hereford.
