A.F. Frankie Flint Sr., 96, of Tucumcari, died Saturday April 9, 2005, at his residence.
He was born May 17, 1908, in Bard to Martenia and Edna Flint.
He lived in the Bard community most of his life before moving to Tucumcari five years ago. He was a rancher and cattleman. He was a member of the New Mexico Cattle Grower’s Association and the San Jon United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Addie Lee Flint; his parents; three sisters; a grandson; and a great-grandson.
Survivors include three sons, A. Franklin Flint (and wife, Betty), and Martenia Flint (Felecia), both of San Jon, and Quinnie Flint (Shirley) of Round Rock, Texas; a daughter, Ora Lee Robbins (Leslie) of Tucumcari; a brother, Earl Flint of San Jon; four sisters, Bertie Ragland of Tucumcari, Cora White of Bard and Maurine Boatman and Earline Paris of Logan.
The Rev. Tom Broom will officiate the services.
Burial will be at San Jon Cemetery.
