Kimberly Susan Novak, 20, of Cannon Air force Base, died Friday, Oct. 29, 2004, at her home.

She was born on Feb. 29, 1984, in Grayling, Mich., to Donald and Patricia Bollman.

She was inducted into the U.S. Air Force in June 2002. She worked in aircraft armament systems at Cannon Air Force Base until she was honorably discharged in August of 2004. She was involved in the R.O.P.E. Program at the Cannon Air Force Base Chapel. Family members said she enjoyed being a mother, loved camping and the outdoors.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Survivors include her husband, Edward Novak II, of Cannon Air Force Base; a daughter, Rebecca Anne Novak of Cannon Air Force Base; her parents; her sister, Julie Bollman of Dubuque, Iowa; her grandmother, Harriette Bollman of Detroit, Mich.; her mother-in-law, Yvette Novak of Waldorf, Md.; and her father-in-law, Edward Novak of Holiday, Fla.

Chaplain Ralph Elliott will officiate the services.

Burial will be held at a later date in Conway, Ark.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the R.O.P.E program in care of Cannon Air Force Base Chapel.

Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis.
