Cub Scout pack meets school needs
Parkview Elementary School now sponsors an afterschool Cub Scout pack for boys in grades two and three.
This makes Parkview the first to have a Cub Scout pack, said Boy Scout District Executive Scott Killian.
Gene Weber, volunteer adult Scouter, said seven boys have registered for the pack.
“These boys asked to be in the Cub Scouts and they are some of the most well behaved young people I have seen,” Weber said.
