School board considers changes to agenda policy

The Clovis school board will discuss tonight possible changes to the policy of placing items on meetings agendas.
The board of education will hold its meeting at 7 tonight at the administration building at 1009 Main St. A meeting will also be held at 6:30 a.m. today at the administration building to discuss the same items that will appear on the night meeting’s agenda. Both meetings are open to the public.
School Superintendent Neil Nuttall’s evaluation will also be discussed in an executive session and the board will consider an extension of Nuttall’s contract.
School board member Mark Lansford requested a discussion about placing items on the agenda at the Jan. 27 board meeting. The item will be for discussion only and no action can be taken on the topic at today’s meetings.
