Here are recent dispositions dated July 2 recorded in 9th District Court:
–Roy Lee Daniels, 22, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member and criminal damage to property under $1,000. Sentenced to two consecutive terms totaling 544 days in Curry County jail with credit for one day served. All but 60 days suspended and placed on 364 days supervised probation with special conditions of anger management counseling, $25 per month probation costs, and substance abuse screening. Special permission granted to serve sentence on weekends.

–James B. Lewter, 43, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended and driving without insurance. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but seven suspended, and 17 additional days to be served in lieu of payment of $698 fines, fees and court costs. Placed on 357 days unsupervised probation with special conditions of allowing an immobilization device to be placed on vehicle for 30 days.
–Rene Robles, 22, pleaded no contest to concealing identity. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail with credit for one day served and $151 fines, fees, and court costs. All but five days suspended and placed on 177 days supervised probation with $35 per month probation fee.
–Jason Gillette, 16, pleaded guilty to careless driving. Sentencing deferred for 90 days and placed on 90 days unsupervised probation with $59 court costs and fees.
–Lawrence Lasiter, 25, pleaded guilty to racing on highways. Sentencing deferred for 90 days and placed on 90 days unsupervised probation with $59 court costs and fees.

–Dale Ray Sims, 35, pleaded guilty to creating a public disturbance. Sentencing deferred, placed on 182 days unsupervised probation and ordered to pay $51 court costs and fees.
–Joe A. Roldan, 20, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended and failure to yield at a red light. Sentencing deferred for 90 days and placed on 90 days unsupervised probation with $98 court costs and fees, with 19 hours community service at animal shelter in lieu of fines.
